The CM4 library part, from what I could gather, requires KiCad 6. Since that's not out yet, you'll need to use a nightly build from here: https://kicad-downloads.s3.cern.ch/index.html?prefix=windows/nightly/. I'll update the README to point that out. Let me know if that works for you!
