If you use spell Chaos in a claimed area/base it will break all blocks in a circle that the Spectral Arrows shoots! I've tested it in 2 different servers with 2 different claim plugins (Grief Defender and Grief Prevention)!

Also over 5 stack Spectral Arrow will get spawn and can be collected!!!
