Maps to issue: #420

Borrowing/following from the excellent practice of #425 !

This translation would involve cross-referencing American and Hindi programming resources, such as MDN Web Docs, for accuracy.

Anything that does not have a known Hindi translation or has been recognized and used in its English form by Hindi users will be left as is in the doc without translation.
