Creating an official Release for "conda skeleton cran" #23

Hello,

Just wondering if the devs could create an official Release. The purpose of this would be to use it with conda skeleton cran as I want to include the package as part of my conda environment, but am having difficulty with R and the devtools::install_github

A similar issue is discussed in reptalex/phylofactor#11
