Today I happened to notice note's on @gonzalezeb 's desk on mort census issues. Some of this seems to pertain to #31. I haven't sorted through all this yet.

Let me know how I can help @teixeirak. I remember the issue about stems with NA in the 2019 data. In Mortality_Survey_2019 it seems that 335 stems (no 2905 as my last note) have dbh >10 cm in the full 2018 census (or new? smaller fr__ or chvi) so they were included that year. They were given NA for all columns 'status.YEAR" previous to 2019.

I am noticing that in Mortality_Survey_2020 few(3) NA's. Someone need to check why a cato of 85 mm was included in the 2020 survey.

species quadrat lx ly tag stem dbh.2018
cato 912 3.2 14.1 90652 1 85
frpe 1203 2 5 123412 1 10
fram 1306 6 2 133706 1 23
