The swipe functionality may be a good option for tablets, but it's kind of annoying on a laptop. We may want to reach out to some 2020 students and see what they thought of the functionality on the tablets - if they really liked it, maybe just keep it enabled or find a workaround for laptops. If they didn't get much benefit, we could just remove it. This is all done in mobileGestures.js (which is included in index.html).
