The current version of Supertag.tcl (for interaction with the Clark & Curran supertagger), gui.tcl (a user interface for the chart parser) and treebank_annotator.tcl (for treebank annotation) are rather complicated to install.
Ideally, there should be a way to install this files using the basic autoconf/make combination.
