Support of catalogs feature in MariaDB

cPanel recently announced the were switching to MariaDB, not that exciting on the face of it. However, the reason for doing so is to use the new catalogs feature which offers much more robust multitenancy which is useful for shared hosting. If that allows separate config per cPanel account then there might be much more scope for control panel integration in future, every shared hosting account could be a customer.
