Optimizations for WordPress

I just applied for the beta of the query optimization service. I've got one server in particular (006 in my account) running a WordPress site that has some queries that are running too slowly and the process is timing out.

I'm using two WordPress plugins on that site and, if this is the kind of optimization that can be applied server-wide using your new optimization feature, it would be a great addition for us WordPress users.
