FAQ Section Improvement

Description

@Rakesh9100 I would like to work on the following
Suggestions to Improve FAQ Section:

1-Reduce the background gradient's intensity to avoid overwhelming the text and make it more readable.
2-Increase text contrast, especially for the FAQ headings and questions, to improve clarity.
3-Make the "+" icon more prominent and visually consistent with the theme.
4-Add subtle animations for expanding and collapsing FAQs to improve user experience.
5-Ensure the "+" icon changes to a "-" when a question is expanded for better usability.
6-Include hover effects for questions to make them visually interactive.
