Unable to upload submission file on CodaLab

First, thank you for your contribution!
I am trying to upload the submission.zip to get the test result, but website says "Submission upload has been disabled. See the new instance at: https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/"
Am I doing something wrong? or the submission is currently disabled?

Check this website. They have two websites. One that on the Github page is the old link.
