Hello, is there an ISO for this OS?

Yes, you can find the latest stable release in the releases tab. It will not work on VMware anymore but qemu and real hardware should work. If you want to get the true latest version of Prism, you can just compile the source code yourself (stability not guaranteed.)

Is the project called PrismOS all in one word or Prism OS, two words?

It is called Prism OS, you will only see it as one word where you can't use spaces.
