Multiple updates: notes and download below

There are 4 main updates in this release:

1. Display the Magento version and update availability in the cloud UI sidebar. A green check indicates the env is up to date. An up arrow indicates the env is not on the latest release. You may be able to sync an update from an up-to-date parent env (e.g. master). If your master env is not on the latest, please let us know.
   

2. If env is not responding as expected, the env will display "??" in cloud UI sidebar
   (see "gtest" in screenshot above for this treatment)

3. Added a cmd to instantly enable/disable email using SMTP accounts instead of cloud (no rebuild req.)
   

4. Store scraper image downloader now supports source tags and ico(n) format images
