There has been a Unicorn source package in the MSYS repo for a long time, but it still hasn't been released as binary package...
We should contact the maintainers and ask what's going on.

Once that binary package is available, we can simplify our build process on AppVeyor and our build instructions on the wiki.

This has been done upstream on MSYS now.

I've already fixed the build instructions on the Wiki. Now all we have to patch is the AppVeyor script.
We should probably do this after the deployment PR is done, to avoid any possible hiccups.
