The CEO of Tree Of Science [~(open) science tooling] see the project and proposed to share a feedback session on its own consortium experiment. Maybe something in a near future.

We are slowly building a coalition for open models education, an application was sent on October 2 to the Next Generation Internet [(re)search] program/grant.
The aim of NGI is to develop open technologies for the « next generation Internet ». Their grant is part of Horizon Europe, a European program for research.
The core of the project submitted is to continue building the « Brick of Knowledge on Open Models » (open-models.org) and its ecosystem, while working on open models education more broadly and supporting organization in the implementation of their internal trainings.
[Still in french, but the internationalisation is part of the project.]
Implementations start with consortium members, moving on to other organizations with an emphasis on higher education and research institutions. A generic brick for everyone, with the organisations developing their own materials according to their specific needs.
This might be an atypical candidacy, as it's not a software but an open educational resource, maybe a future digital common for education on Open Education, Open Science, Open (Source) Software, Open Hardware... All of these various practices of sharing and collaboration around digital resources.
The Brick is a knowledge tool to try to get a global understanding of these digital phenomenons.
We're applying as a consortium of 3 members:
After (or in parallel with) their own training implementation, the goal would be to try to work together for other organizations by finding common interests based on our respective activities. Possibly working with the NGI network, some universities or various open models actors!
If you're interested in open models (education) and in this exploration of the Internet, your contributions could be appreciated. Get in touch with us if you would like to be an experimental structure, working for yourself on open models education with our support!
We will try to be as open as possible, it's both about open models education and experimentation. A sort of citizen-science to build and share our knowledge on openness, being an exploratory work on the Internet.
Our first coalition meeting will probably be at the beginning of November, we're probably going to open it up to external people: https://github.com/Open-Models/ngi-coalition/blob/main/activity/meetings/first-coalition-meeting.md
To follow the coalition activity: https://github.com/Open-Models/ngi-coalition
Hoping the best for this application/project!
