Link to chapters from executive summary

the Executive Summary chapter - it would be good to somehow reference specific chapters in the book corresponding to the text in the summary chapter e.g. on page 9 - we show IPD pillars with specific selections but for the first time reader it can be confusing what these scores represent. You could for example say: you will find example checklist for the IPD pillars on page 52.
