What is the last tag created on quay.io/opstree

Using renovate to run updates over redis images from quay.io/opstree/redis.
While in repository latest tag is 7.2.3 renovate brings also 7.2.5 version.
Last Thursday when doing test saw 7.2.4 being created in repository, meanwhile, most likely during same day it was deleted.
Unfortunately tags most probably remain in renovate's database.
Trying to understand what is happening around this container image repository and if it can be used as reliable source for updates.
