Общая логика примерно такая же как и у скриптов экспорта из мудл и степик, но есть отличия:

на входе набор id профиля
экспортируем в таблицу по методу append
экспортируем все данные, которые доступны
если профиль не публичный - делаем пометку в таблице

На выходе нужно получить +- такой же экспортер как для мудл и степика, но рассчитанный сугубо на профили developers.google.com
