TLS version from supported_versions

@mat1010 As I understand it the code from #6 takes the first value inside the supported_versions, yes?

Could this be a problem in some cases?

• RFC => versions in preference order, with the most PREFERRED version first
• JA4 => then the version is the HIGHEST value in the extension

Yes, that might become a problem. My guess on this was that the order always states values sorted by version, without looking into the RFC. Should I update the code to always extract the highest version, or would you like to do it?
