First, I tried to use Q , the cancel work as expected,
Next, i dragged it out my screen handler, the also cancel work as expected,
But if I do it with a full inventory, the sword is silently droped

I'm not sure what the best solution here is. Could Stimuli attempt to make room in the inventory by merging two stacks together? That change would reduce the possibility for this issue to occur but not eliminate this issue entirely. If there still is a chance that the item may be dropped anyways, like there is currently, then it should be documented.
