Describe the bug
Access an Operation or ICE in HQ.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run HQ a bunch.

Expected behavior
If I access an untrashable and unstealable card, I should still see it. Instead, there is no visual and the run ends.

Options:

  • revert 0f76883 - deal with "overeager" steal/trash screens some other way
  • display an explicit "look" screen
  • display the known cards faceup in the corp hand like in MTGA

The MTGA faceup cards in hand won't work in Netrunner. If you know 1 card in HQ and Corp discards one (facedown), then the runner doesn't know if it was that one. It works in MTGA, because graveyard and exile are public/faceup.

The "look" screen is tricky, because the runner needs to be able to go past it. So it could require an UI interaction to continue, but that adds another step and 0f76883 was trying to reduce UX boilerplate. It could be shown only if there is no trash or steal option though 🤔
