I'm currently in the process of registering an operator using EigenLayer CLI. In the configuration step, I need to fill in the details of the EigenLayer Slasher contract address (el_slasher_address) and the BLS Public Key Compendium contract address (bls_public_key_compendium_address). Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information in the provided documentation.

I would like clear guidance on where to obtain the EigenLayer Slasher contract address and the BLS Public Key Compendium contract address, or if there's a specific procedure to follow to obtain this information.
