Bug - Examples Page Error 404

Describe the bug

Examples page does not show up when navigating there from the top ribbon on the IG

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the Examples ribbon at the top of the IG home page
2. Click on CBTN or GREGoR
3. Error because the page is not found

Expected behavior

URL should be this (https://nih-ncpi.github.io/ncpi-fhir-ig-2/example_CBTN.html) or this (https://nih-ncpi.github.io/ncpi-fhir-ig-2/example_GREGoR.html) which does work but for some reason the page directs to all lower case "cbtn" or "gregor" which are not correct.

Additional context

I wrote the examples pages and they do exist (see Expected Behavior) but the IG does not direct the user properly... Not sure how the URLs are being incorrectly passed as all lower case.
