【需求】(Feature request) 希望添加按下电源键时，取消亮屏动画功能（add the function of canceling the screen animation）

系统：MIUI13

需求：MIUI13 或者MIUI14 在亮屏时会存在动画过渡，希望能增加取消亮屏动画效果。
Requirement: Hope to cancel the screen animation transition effect when the screen is turned on in MIUI13 or MIUI14.

临时解决办法：现在发现可以在开发者模式取消 animator 时长动画实现该需求，但是会导致MIUI所有动画取消。
Temporary solution: I have found that the requirement can be achieved by disabling the animator duration animation in developer mode. However, this will also disable all animations in MIUI.
