Add configurator options to the following to allow specifying a specific modem to use for networking. Dissuade the user from using the same one for peripherals and networking, since sharing all peripherals across all devices (namely RTU Gateways and Reactor PLCs, since the former may end up with confusing configuration and the latter always grabs the first reactor it finds).

• Supervisor, with an option to also use a wireless modem for the Pocket
• Coordinator, with an option to also use a wireless modem for the Pocket
• RTU Gateway
• Reactor PLC

Only allow facility keys when configured with wireless modems or wired modems with a wireless modem for the Pocket. For the latter, only apply the key to wireless. Hide or disable the trusted range setting when using a wired modem (make sure it is also not treated as required in that case).
