How to add a view into your views ?

Hello,
I am trying to create a view into your view :
Basically I am into the NavigationRail part
When I click on a tab (in your examples : Recent/Photos or Sounds) I would like the DataGrid or an other view/xaml to appear.
But I don't want add it manually, that works but the xaml file ends very heavy, this is why I would like to add an other view layer to have a separated xaml file.
So my question is, have you any idea on how to do it ? I couldn't find relevant answers on the internet.

Update : I found a way, using in the NavigationRail xaml the (balised) Frame with "Source" parametter with the xaml I want to load,
It solves the issue.
