(feature suggestion) pinned messages as factoids

A way to mark pinned messages as factoids, so that when a temporary issue that wouldn't need its own factoid for very long gets pinned, it can be accessed in the same channel with something along the lines of !?f pin:issue or !?p issue.
My idea for marking a pinned message as a factoid for absol is currently to include something in the text of the message itself which both tells absol that this is a factoid and what its name should be, but a way of doing this without having to include something in the message might be better.

This is to solve the occasional problem of
"look at the pinned messages"
"whats a pinned message"

Perhaps the name for the factoid could be contained in a spoiler at the end of the message, so that it does not even really show up at a glance.

How would you suggest referencing the pinned message? With the message ID or something else?
