V1.2.0 - more languages and more features

Hi everyone,
thanks for your continued support and the overall help from the community. Together we're strong!
In this release we've added initial support for modbus-readout from SC2 devices. Please note, that's an initial support, that may or may not work for you. If not, please report an bug 🪰 (or open a PR ❤️), so that we can fix it.

On top we added an feature, so that not every entity is requested on each data requests. By example static values like heating curves are now only requests (by default) once a hour. Of course this is changeable.
