Not Recording Data When Launching from Fullscreen Mode

For the past couple of months, I've been having problems with my play sessions not being recorded. Now it seems that only happens when I launch a game from fullscreen mode—GameActivity very rarely records any data unless I launch from desktop mode instead.

I've tried everything I could think of to fix this, but nothing's worked.
