It's not a great name... the whole idea of it is to attempt to confirm a once flaky test, is no longer flaky, by running it a bunch of times. Tests should probably not be checked in with this attribute, and rather just local testing for spot checking the fix on the flakyness.

Is there a better, more concise name for this that can be used?
