This issue is being made concerning the outline of the tailwind guide. The outline of the tailwind guide should go as follows:

Introduce Tailwind - This should be a brief explanation of what tailwind is
Show the reader can go about installing Tailwind and configuring tailwind - This should always include current information on how to carry these out
Give examples of how Tailwind can be used in the readers Solid application
