Do Purchases on the community Market Count as Fulfilling this Box?
You can't drop cards from F2P games without spending any money in them. This means permanently F2P games like Team Fortress 2 or Dota 2. Owning F2P games does not grant you card drops.

For example if I bought something from the community market for TF2, you would be able to drop cards, or would you need to buy something through TF2s store.
