Web UI doesnt showup any config data

I ran docker container (nagios-core:4.4.14 ) as is with no external configuration in my local but webUI doesnt show "localhost" and its related services.
Also i have bunch of config files loaded and verified the config with -v option and not seen any errors but still the configs, services, hosts info not showing up webUI.
nagios.log and apache2 error log doesnt show any errors.
Not sure what am i missing here. Please help
