Type mismatch in Notes from ColecticaItem

When querying QUESTIONNAIRE , we get "Notes": null. However Notes is supposed to be a JSONArray (so it should be : [] if it is empty). When querying CODE_LIST, we indeed get a JSONArray for Notes.
