On Minecraft 1.18.2 singleplayer, I'm using this mod by itself and no other mods, and it seems like I can stealth at any time as long as I have the ninja gear equipped, even when there's light nearby, and even when I have the "revealed" debuff on me, which assumedly is supposed to stop you from re-entering stealth. Using Forge version 40.1.80 currently. Basically at no point am I ever unstealthed as long as I'm wearing the appropriate gear and sneaking, even if I attack.
