[BUG]latest高CPU占用且无法订阅 #489

Bug 描述
先是watchtower自动更新latest后，莫名其妙显示高CPU占用，见https://github.com/HenryQW/Awesome-TTRSS/issues/488。后删除容器后手动重新拉取，导入OPML后CPU高占用问题依旧，清空feed后手动订阅无效。

Docker
latest

部署环境

操作系统: 群晖6.2.3
浏览器: msedge

错误日志
docker logs无异常
