Easily support export from old firebase setup and import into django

We have some instances of constellate running on firebase, that we'd like to move across to the newer entirely open source code based option we run on icebreaker.

To do this we need to gather the code we used to

1. export the users as one datas structure
2. export the profiles as another
3. re import them into a newer instance
