Overzicht van validators inclusief beta-versies in ETF v2 #37

Een overzichtspagina maken van de huidige validators en links naar de nieuwe (ETF v2) variant. Deze pagina zou op validatie.geostandaarden.nl moeten komen, als nieuwe indexpagina.

Op den duur kunnen we de URLs omschrijven van de huidige productie naar de beta-versie, als een validator goed bevonden is.

Het overzicht moet ook verwijzen naar een voorbeeld van de API om de validator aan te roepen, mits de API beschikbaar is.
