In here, the table is not rendered in the HTML. Would you know how to fix this?

I don't see anything obviously wrong, will try and re-run the code myself in a bit. My immediate thought is that likely something in the R script is broken and that it crashes before before the table is run? But yer otherwise not sure will try and take a deeper look in a bit.
