[3.2.13] Consider menu items Refresh from Disk and Refresh

We renamed the Project list menu item Reload to Refresh From Disk. However, there is an existing Refresh to update the fonts and so on. This is potentially confusing. This issue filed to decide this is a problem and if so, should one or the other of these menu items be renamed. (While this may be difficult to believe, I may have been wrong about Refresh From Disk).
