This could get messy as you'll want to so the Average and/or standard deviation with the out liners above or below the graphs.

Putting info on a log scale Graph helped. Creating something like a candle stick like for Sync Time might be better.

Since some replication can be a few docs to 100,000 of docs over time it's hard to tell or give a sync , but I can do an do calculation on per doc.... so the above numbers of a few / time or 100,000 per time but not total between batches is better. So give a Max , Min , Median time and Count the number of docs with standard deviation of median time.
