Please update Auftrag AUFTRAG.NewRESCUEHELO() to work like the old Ops.rescuehelo

Please update the auftrag to work like the older ops. rescuehelo. The older version would fly with the carrier then if a pilot went down, it would fly out and hover over the spot then return to the carrier. The new auftrag does nothing other than tag along with the carrier. The auftrag version has more potential and we can take advantage of all the great features of an auftrag.
