Describe the bug
When FancyWM is active, VMWare's drop-down menubar doesn't work when in 'Full-screen' mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have FancyWM running on host.
Run VMWare virtual machine in full-screen mode.
Move mouse point to top of screen.
The VMWare's menubar doesn't drop down.

Setting VMWare to float via rules doesn't work, either.

Another user #221 had this problem, but their bug report was prematurely closed.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 LTSC 2021
OS Build: 19044.4780
FancyWM Version: 2.14
