This issue is about

1. installing docker silently for the user if the user decides to "run xud" on the current system (vs. "connect to a remote xud environment") and the installer detects that docker is not installed
2. Once the docker daemon is up and running, the installer should proceed with pulling images, creating containers and visually guiding the user through the create flow

Notes:

• Unattended install on Windows only for now. Bonus points for enabling WSL2 as backend if Windows 10 v2004 is detected.
• MacOS should be the next step, but not part of this issue.
• Requires non-interactive create flow: Make launching containers non-interactive for xud-ui xud-docker#743 @reliveyy
• Requires UI for run xud-docker/connect to remote system choice, docker installation status & create flow. @peartobear
