Fluids can't be mixed in basin they were melted in. #1

Issue

Fluids melted in a basin must be transferred to a new basin before they can be mixed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Melt down copper and zinc using a basin, basin lid, and blaze burner.
  2. Place a mechanical mixer above the basin and apply rotational force to it
  3. See that it doesn't mix into brass.
  4. Move the fluids into a new Basin.
  5. The fluids can now be mixed.

Expected behavior

I expect the mixer to be able to mix the fluids in the basin they were melted in
