Describe the bug
Current date and time displayed as 'letter date' for all the inquiries in the dashboard

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log an inquiry with a letter date / time and logged date
  2. Now move to dashboard and check the inquiry
  3. Check the letter date and time

Expected behavior
Correct letter date should be displayed

Actual result
The same letter date [ current date and time ] displayed for all the inquiries , which is not valid
