The new (plain or containerized) Web API has changed URLs:
/api/v1/foo instead of /Finder/Foo
Support both in QGIS client! How?

try api/v1/foo, on failure try Finder/Foo?
require full URL in config? (i.e., http://server:port/api/v1/version or http://server:port/Finder/Version instead of just http://server:port)
do 2nd bullet, then fall back to 1st bullet?

Query parameters are unchanged.
