Add container support?

First, I want to say thank you for the very helpful Pluralsight course. I appreciate the way it is put together and the way it clearly conveys OpenTelemetry's role in the observability space. Having the example code for both the infrastructure and a slightly more than trivial application space to get the point across is invaluable.

My request for this repo would be to add support to run these applications in containers, which would make testing it out and exploring the data much easier.

Hey @Bnewman thank you so much for the kind words, I hope you learned something :)
Your suggestion for making the backend apps also available trough docker is a great one, when I find some time I will try to add it to the repository.
I also saw your PR on the other repo, currently I'm on holiday without my laptop so I can't verify it just yet. But will take a look once I'm home.

@Bnewman would you mind testing out this repo https://github.com/Depechie/Pluralsight-Otel-Demo ? This should be 1 docker compose for the API's and the tooling.
