The character prompt is currently showing up before the splash screen.
That is, the Enter your character name or type NEW to create a new one: > prompt.
The first appearance of this should be after the splash screen.
(This bug likely occurs for any client connection, but this has been noticed with Mudlet and basic Windows telnet.exe so far.)
