Weather2 1.20.1-2.8.3 Forge 47.3.0 tornadoes are not spawning

I am in a world with large biomes and I want tornadoes to spawn more. I am in a plains biome, near no other biomes. How do I get tornadoes to spawn way more?
I dont know what to configure and I don't want to keep spawning tornadoes by hand every time.
I also noticed that when I do spawn tornadoes by hand, if it is an F0 it evolves to F1 normally, but then starts dying. It does not grow.
The issue could be Optifine but I am still unsure.

The 2 "Weather 2 Additions" are small mods. 1 adds the radar and another adds basically a tablet radar.
If you know the issue please help

Yea I’m having the same problem I had to spawn one myself tho there were two that spawned naturally but the first one wasn’t on the ground for very long
